Crispy Carrot Fries

I am always looking for easy, healthy and delicious side dishes everyone can appreciate. This one will work for everyone, your vegan, whole food plant based eater and your meat eater.

Three words: Crispy Carrot Fries. 🥕🍟 Have a big bag of carrots sitting in the crisper? This recipe from IIN grad, @thesmilingut, is for you. Full recipe details below:


1. Wash, peel and cut the ends off desired amount of large carrots
2. Slice carrots in half lengthwise and widthwise
3. Place all carrots on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper
4. Drizzle with olive oil + salt + pepper + paprika + garlic powder
5. Bake in oven at 450°F for 10-12 minutes until tender and crispy
6. Dip in a simple guac (avocado + red pepper flakes + salt + lime juice) and ENJOY!
