My Training

Hi! I’m Teri. I’m a Certified Integrative Health Coach and Wellness Educator, a graduate of the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. In addition, I have BS degrees in Communication from the University of Pittsburgh.   In 2015 I became a Certified Culinary Nutrition Expert and Educator.

I created Luv Your Healthy Life, providing services as an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach and a Culinary Nutrition Educator in Denver, Colorado. I work primarily with adults like you, teaching the principles of clean eating and self-care for increased health, happiness, and productivity. I present a variety of wellness workshops to corporations and organizations. 

My education has equipped me with extensive, cutting-knowledge in holistic nutrition, health coaching, and prevention. Drawing on my expertise, I work with my clients to help make lifestyle changes and choose health-promoting ways that produce real and lasting results. You will develop a deeper understanding of food and lifestyle choices that work best for you, improving your energy, balance, health, and happiness.

 

Each session will leave you feeling inspired and motivated. We will talk about things beyond food, seeking to bring balance to important elements of your life such as love and relationships as well as career and money. I will personally and carefully guide you to make simple, small changes that transform your life.

Passionate about Plant Rich Eating, my signature programs are the Art of Aging Program and the PURE Plant-Based Whole Foods Program.  The Art of Aging is everything your mother never told you about getting older – beautifully.  And the Plant-Based Whole Foods Program will help you discover a vibrant and lifestyle based on plants. 

I moved to Colorado over 20 years ago, and enjoy spending time outdoors, hiking, biking, walking and laughing.  I travel around the world on a regular basis as a group organizer.

I swears by clean eating, staying active no matter where I am, regular cleanses, paying attention to how I feel, mixing up my workouts, striving for balance.

As a Health Coach, I enthusiastically support my clients in the pursuit of their greatest asset: optimal health.  My  approach with coaching is that we all could benefit from eating more Plant-Based Foods but it’s for you to decide.  I am here to help you obtain your wellness goals and will meet you where you are

I use food as the primary tool for teaching.  My classes take place in the kitchen and virtually where you will learn about food, health, culinary skills, and putting it all together where health begins – in our kitchens.  I teach as I cook, and you are then guided into your kitchen to create culinary nutrition magic.
