Integrative Health Coaching is perfect for anyone who is motivated to improve his/her health. I coach each person differently depending on their own unique needs. Research has shown that individuals who work with health coaches experience positive health outcomes, reducing their risks of chronic diseases.  Investing in yourself is the best investment one can make.

Culinary Nutrition is about using ingredients in their whole and fresh form, and combining them to make delicious, healing recipes.

With a culinary nutrition approach to learning about health, nutrition, cooking, and applying it all in the kitchen and on your dinner tables, we combine nutritional theories, science, and principles of traditional diets in culinary applications for optimal health.  And this is what we teach!

As a health coach, I am trained and skilled in the process of health behavior change. My role in your change process is to work in partnership with you to set goals, derail roadblocks and take action to achieve and sustain health-supporting behaviors. My approach is based on principles of behavior change, with clearly defined goals, small steps, repetition, and personal accountability. This is not about short-term results – you will learn new skills that will last a lifetime. Are you ready to improve your life?
