Teri is an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach and Culinary Nutrition Expert who mixes her passions of wholistic nutrition, travel, fitness, liquid nutrition (juicing and blending), and adventure into a lifestyle program.
Passionate about Plant Rich Eating, her signature programs are the Art of Aging Program and the PURE Plant-Based Whole Foods Program. The Art of Aging is everything your mother never told you about getting older – beautifully. And the Plant-Based Whole Foods Program will help you discover a vibrant and lifestyle based on plants.
She moved to Colorado 20 years ago, and enjoys spending time outdoors, hiking, biking, walking and laughing. She travels around the world on a regular basis.
Teri swears by clean eating, staying active no matter where she is, regular cleanses, paying attention to how she feels, mixing up her workouts, striving for balance.
As a Health Coach, Teri enthusiastically support her clients in the pursuit of their greatest asset: optimal health. Her approach with coaching is that we all could benefit from eating more Plant-Based Foods but it’s for you to decide. Teri is there to help you obtain your wellness goals and will meet you where you are at.
Teri uses food as the primary tool for teaching. Her classes take place in the kitchen where you will learn about food, health, culinary skills, and putting it all together where health begins. Teri teaches as she cooks, and you are then guided into your kitchen to create culinary nutrition magic.
